today didnt start off very well. AMAZINGLY, i woke early today and got out of the house at 8 SHARP. everyone noes THAT is mission impossible for me. well, that shud be good rite? n i shud be on time if not earlier. guess what? i was freakin wrong! i reached lecture at 0930 hrs. how's that. i never take longer than 1hr to reach skewl n yet, when i wake up so early to get to skewl punctually...the FREAKIN jam had to just dampen my morning. ****!

pardon the explicit language. i'm just totally FREAKED!

after skewl i met dearest nad. i can't help but treat her like my own younger sis. we NEVER fail to have so much fun together. sad thing that we had to be separated. she had a short meeting with her DSS fasc so i waited for her at the staircase. ALONE. n BORED. so yea...miss vainpot ME just had to snap some shots. haha!

i am a narcissist n DAMN proud of it! =)

then went to CWP to collect my N81 that got sick a few days back. hamid came along with botak, afi n LAN!!!...haha...they accompanied me throughout then sent me home. well botak went off earlier as he missed his HOME TOILET. haha!! he shud be feelin better by now.

well, something happened while i was at the service center. there was a LONG q for phone collection. this chinese auntiewas no. 142. she flared at the service officer cos she had to wait for very long. she created quite a scene n we all noe how aunties' voices are usually like..haha..poor Filipino girl. keep in mind that the auntie kept her voice at a constant frequency of at least 70 decibels. (ok, maybe not THAT loud but u noe wat i mean. n damn! she was simultaneously banging the counter top.)

AUNTIE: so poor service!!!!

FILIPINO: i'm sorry u had to wait ma'am. how may i assist u? (patiently)

AUNTIE: i had to wait for hours!!! people now no 160++ already!! if i hadn't asked, u juz ignore is it?!! want me to wait until when?!!

FILIPINO: (raised her voice to meet the auntie's voice but with a patient tone) Ma'am, please lower ur voice. If u r not gona lower ur voice, i'm not gona serve u.

AUNTIE: FINE!! dun serve me!! i dun want also!! ask ur manager to call me!!!!!! (storms off)

Fuiyo!! kecoh...hahakz! i felt like laughing but thought better of it. haiz...it's NOT easy to please people...

well, customers may always be rite. but how about the officers' own rights?
well, i think that customers deserve to be treated rudely if they themselves are rude.

note to auntie: thanks for the freeshow. hah! maybe the graphics shud have been better. =P
